1. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board consists of seven (7) persons and is responsible for the establishing of policies. The Board of Directors is elected, by members, at an AGM.
Presently, the Board consists of the following persons:

2. SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

The Supervisory Committee consists of three (3) persons and is responsible for examining the credit union’s operations and supervising the acts of the Board of Directors, Staff and Credit Committee. Members of this Committee are elected by members at Annual General Meetings (AGMs). In order to qualify to be elected to this Committee, members must be in good standing.

Presently, this Committee consists of the following persons:

Mr. Michael Fountain - Member

Mrs. Deirdre Clarke-Maycock - Member

In order to qualify to be elected to the Board of Directors, members must:

a) Have, previously, been a member of the Board of Directors; or the Supervisory Committee; or the Credit Committee; or the Education Committee or;

b) Have attended at least three (3) of the last five (5) Annual General Meetings and;

c) Be in good, financial, standing.

3. CREDIT COMMITTEE

The Credit Committee consists of five (5) persons and is responsible for approving/rejecting loan requests and interviewing members, who apply for loans, as necessary. Three (3) members of this Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting and two (2) are appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In order to be qualified to be elected to this committee, members must be in good standing.

4. EDUCATION COMMITTEE

The Education Committee, presently, consists of four (4) persons; three (3) in Nassau, one (1) in Freeport, and is responsible for the education of credit union members about credit union-related, and other, matters. Members of this Committee are all appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In order to qualify to be appointed to this Committee, members must be in good standing.

The following persons were reappointed to this Committee for 2014-2015:
